 The system can directly access Group information from the SilverWhere Dining Management System, or maintain its own Group data.
Groups can be queried based on name and ship. When a specific group is selected, more information is displayed for that group.
The Group Profile tab shows the basic information about that group.
The Events tab lists all events that have been booked by that group.
The Delegates tab shows information on all group delegates and their current status.
The History tab shows any notes recorded about this group by an agent.
