 Shore side the system maintains a Function Book with the meeting space for all ships within the fleet as well as any shared facilities such as cruise port conference rooms or island facilities. The function book allows for multiple users to book events for the same ship at the same time, and includes several different views into the availability of meeting space.
The main function book view shows all functions
scheduled for a specific day on a ship.
A second view into the events scheduled for a
date and a ship shows all events in a sortable grid.
The third view into the events scheduled for a ship
gives a six week view of all future events on a single
form.
