The system maintains a user defined list of banquet items along with detail pricing and provider information.
Items can be combined into event packages to make it easier to book typical events quickly and efficiently. Once a package has been added to an event, any of the detail items within the package can be modified to fit the specific needs of the group requesting the event.
Event pricing can be determine in a variety of ways including a fixed price for the entire event, a per guest pricing, a consumption based pricing, or a combination.
